Hushfall – Privacy Policy

Hushfall (the “App”) is a snow globe you can shake, turn and light up. This policy explains what the App and the advertising and measurement services inside it collect, what it is used for, and what you can turn off. It matches the App Privacy information shown on our App Store product page.
The App shows advertising. To do that it includes third-party software that collects data about your device and how you use the App, and that data is used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, in the sense Apple defines.
1. Data collected and used to track you
The following is collected, is linked to your identity, and is used for tracking:

3. Who collects it
We do not run servers of our own. The data above is collected by these third parties, under their own privacy policies:
- AppLovin MAX – advertising mediation. It selects and shows the ads, and passes device and usage data to the advertising networks it mediates, each of which has its own policy. applovin.com/privacy
- Adjust – install attribution and marketing measurement; it also receives the ad revenue and impression events described above. adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy
4. Tracking permission (ATT)
The first time you open the App, iOS asks whether Hushfall may track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
- If you allow it, the services above may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), so the ads you see can be more relevant and their performance can be measured.
- If you decline, the identifier is not made available to them. The App keeps working exactly the same – nothing is locked, and you will still see ads, they are just less relevant.
- You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. What stays on your device
Everything the App itself remembers – the scene and time of day you last chose, your sound, haptics and motion switches, how many times you have shaken the globe, which scenes and keepsakes you have unlocked – is written to a single file on your device. It is never uploaded, and it is not part of any category listed above.
Inside the App, Reset the Scene puts the current scene back to its starting state and Restore Defaults returns those switches to their original values. To remove everything the App has stored, delete the App – the file goes with it.
6. Children
Hushfall is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, write to us at the address below and we will have it removed.
7. Your choices
- Decline the tracking prompt, or change it later in Settings, as described in section 4.
- iOS also offers Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising and Limit Ad Tracking controls that apply system-wide.
- Delete the App to stop all collection and remove what is stored on your device.
- Write to us to ask what is held about you, or to ask for it to be deleted.
8. Changes to this policy
If the services inside the App change, this page and the App Store product page are both updated. The date at the top tells you when this version was published.
